The client is responsible for providing original materials for which they hold the rights or processing permission. The client acknowledges that the Atelier is not responsible for damage to materials caused by their initial fragile condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is". Atelier FotoRestaurare assumes no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services or delivered materials.
The client declares that they hold the rights to the materials submitted for processing or have the necessary permission. The resulting digital materials will be provided exclusively to the client. The Atelier commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the materials and not distributing them to third parties without the client's explicit consent.
